My name is Victoria Swan, a local girl from Trinity who found her way to the small town of Randleman. I’ve always had a deep-rooted love for all things cooking. A few years ago, my journey with food and nutrition changed completely after my oldest child developed a gluten allergy. That experience unraveled so much of what I had always been taught about health and the food industry. The high cost of specialty gluten-free products led me back to my own kitchen, where I spent years learning how to create healthier, homemade options for my family. Along the way, I fell in love with the art of sourdough baking and the simple joy of making food from scratch. A few years ago, I decided to open my kitchen to the community, and I’ve been overwhelmed by the support and encouragement. I’ve met so many people whose own health journeys have led them to question the food industry and seek better options for themselves and their families. Being able to give back to my community in even a small way has been such a blessing!
